I prefer individual sports because I like relying on my own skills and efforts. When I succeed, I feel proud knowing it’s because of my hard work. Individual sports also give me the freedom to choose when and how I practice. I enjoy having full responsibility for my performance, which helps me become more disciplined and focused on my personal growth.

I prefer team sports because I enjoy working together with others towards a common goal. Playing in a team helps me build strong friendships and learn how to communicate and cooperate. It’s fun to share the excitement of winning and support each other during challenges. Team sports also teach me important life skills like teamwork, leadership, and trust, which are useful both on and off the field.
